Hi I’m Paige from OneCall and I’m going to be talking to you about the Bose® SoundDock® Series digital music systems for your iPod or iPhone.

When I evaluated these units I was amazed at the sound quality I got from such a small system. Because Bose® uses their proprietary acoustic design you’ll find that whether you are using it in a large room with a loud volume or a small room with a soft volume you’ll have excellent sound quality. These units are compatible with iPhones and most iPods. Aside from charging your iPhone or iPod while you listen to music, each unit also includes a remote control that will control the basic functions of your iPod. There is also an auxiliary input jack so you can connect an external audio source or another Mp3 player. Select models are available in Black or Silver.

The Bose® SoundDock® Portable offers a convenient carrying handle and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for portable listening. I love this unit because it is so small, compact and lightweight you can take it anywhere. One of the neat features about the Bose® SoundDock® Portable is the retractable iPod dock.

The Bose® SoundDock® 10 offers the newly designed woofer and this will greatly increase your bass response. This unit features the Bose® Advanced Waveguide Technology; an intricately folded tube system, which provides you with additional bass response and very lifelike sound. The Bose® SoundDock® 10 also has a video output; this will allow you to watch movies or podcasts from your iPod or iPhone on your television. Bose® also offers an optional Bluetooth dock that will allow you to stream music from your Bluetooth enabled phone.

Link to your Music with Bose SoundLink

Bose has released a new product called the Soundlink™ that will allow you to take all that great music on your computer and listen anywhere in the house. Incredibly easy to setup by simply plugging a USB link into your computer and synching it to the SoundLink with a touch of the remote. No software to add to the computer and it works with Windows or MAC operating systems. It is truly a plug and play device. It is also compact at just over a foot wide, 7 inches tall and about 4 inches in depth. So, it wont take up much room at your computer desk if you cannot break away from the mouse, but with a weight of about 5 pounds, rechargable battery, and convenient handle feel free to take it with you up to 60 feet! The battey will last 3 hours at full volume and even longer at lower levels. It also has an auxiliary input so you can plug other devices into it as well. Finally it is a Bose, so it has incredible sound from their famous waveguide technology.

Bose SoundDock Challenge at Hoopfest 2008

The Bose team came to town this past weekend to help celebrate Downtown Spokane’s Hoopfest, the largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the world.

What better way for 200,000 Hoopfest fans (that’s right, 200K) to take a break in between games than by trying out the latest iPod SoundDock systems from Bose? Just for trying out a Bose SoundDock or Bose Sounddock Portable music system, Bose gave away a free Bose T-shirt and ice cold water. The Bose In-ear and On-ear headphones were a huge hit as well. Check out some pics of all the fun.
