Make Your iPod Dock Wireless

January 21st, 2010 by Gregg H

Can’t let go of your iPod? Well I found the neatest gadget. It’s called the Audioengine AW2 wireless adapter. Usually when I get home I take my iPod and place into a dock which is connected to my stereo. It’s nice but I can’t get the song menu on the TV screen and when I want to select a certain song I have to walk up to the iPod in the dock and scroll through the menu on the iPod. Well with the Audioengine AW2 wireless adapter, I just connect the receiver to a stereo analog input on my audio system and connect the wireless transmitter into the bottom of the iPod. The transmitter has a range of up to 30 feet. So I’m free to move around the room (with iPod in pocket) or just sit back on the couch and enjoy. The adapter is powered by the iPod. So, there are no batteries and you use the iPod as a remote control. I just sit back scroll through my favorite songs and once again me and my iPod are never apart.

The extended warranty sucks I don’t recommend ever purchasing one. My tv set has had 2 minor repairs which took over a month each time to get the parts. The technician states the problem is Samsung, to be without a tv for over a month is crazy!! One Call has stated that they no longer use this extended warranty co. so they have no recourse, again be carefull before One Call advocates extended warranty.

Thanks for the great content and information. I am always going through the internet
searching for good content and to also get ideas for my home based business web sites and future articles on this basic and general subject. Again, thanks for the great content and I will be coming back to revisit this site again for more information in the near future.

Apple Computers never just make widgets; they create answers that people can see fitting into their lives finally. As a university teacher with a hectic life, I beleive this being a very useful thing to experience.
