Have the HDMI Bends?

January 14th, 2010 by Gregg H

I was recently mounting a TV on the wall when I quickly discovered that the HDMI cable I was using did not accommodate the space between the wall and the TV. It did not bend enough to fit without adding pressure to the HDMI input on the TV. This worried me; I did not want to damage the input. After searching the web for a HDMI cable with a 90 degree termination, I came across an interesting product– the Monster Cable VA HDMI R-ADPT. It works great and I don’t have to buy any new cables. I did find some cables with 90 degree terminations but they started at $60. So if you have a friend who is in a bind, tell him not to bend, and go with the Monster Cable 90 degree HDMI adapter!
