Samsung has started a new website dedicated to making sense of the often confusing world of Blu-ray. The Samsung Blu-ray Resource Center is broken into two sections – one for people who already own Blu-ray and the other for people just looking to get started. Taking on questions such as “Isn’t upconverted DVD just as good as Blu-ray?” this site is an interesting resource for a format that’s just getting started.

    I have a great Samsung 1080i.
    How can I play a 1080p blu-ray.

    What are my options.

    I can’t afford a new tv at this time.

    This is a really good question, and not widely addressed. Hopefully this will answer your question. 1080p Blu-Ray with a 1080i TV, What can I do?
