Customer Service is a Must!!
May 6th, 2008 by Paige ARecently I made an online purchase from a fairly large organization. The usual things happened, I got an email thanking me for my purchase, then a confirmation, etc. When I received my confirmation email I realized that I had ordered the wrong color. So I called the company to see about switching it. To my great surprise the item was getting ready to be put on a FedEx truck. I thought WOW, that was super quick as I had only placed the order 30 minutes earlier.
Two days went by and I had not received any tracking so I sent them an email requesting the tracking information. Another two days pass and I receive an email stating that the item was in process and has yet to be shipped, so I responded with another request to have the item color changed. Again another two days pass and instead of receiving an answer to my question I finally receive my tracking number.
Now I may be a little spoiled because I know how we treat our customers, but come on!! Treat your customer like you would like to be treated and you will have a customer for life!!

I agree customer service is a must! I place a $30 order & they had issues w/my CC going thru. Rather than trying to speak to a live person they tried to get it run thru 4 times. They never called my house, rather they email & say call them. You try to chat with them & they disconnect when they can’t answer your question. Very bad service. I will not use them again!
